CDEC went the extra mile to make sure not only we felt special but our journey inward and outward was special. Every effort was made to make sure we had an excellent service and that is exactly what we got. Martin specially ordered the ribbon to match my colour scheme, he kept in contact right up to the day, it snowed in the days leading up to the wedding and he rang to reassure me he would do everything in his powers to provide the best service, i.e. parking, driving in the awful conditions and that he did. He arrived on the day with a beautiful inside and outside car, the attention to detail was amazing, tissues, water, umbrellas, mirrors, mints, heated seats, we couldn't have asked for more he had it all. Martin was very friendly, dressed smartly, and gave us a very relaxing journey. After the service we were greeted and given yet another fantastic journey to the venue. “We wanted sophistication and elegance and that’s what we got!  Martin was professional, courteous, caring and every possible thing had been thought of - mints and cool water before the ceremony for my uncle and me and of course tissues and a reminder to use the mirror before going into the Registry office.  We were a bit early so we waited around the corner and it was a treat to see our guests arriving - a glimpse of the day that I would not otherwise have seen!

Telephone and letter follow ups were made by the proprietor to reassure and confirm things with myself. The car was very clean and presentable and the chauffeur went through was available in the car for me to use i.e. a mirror with light (very useful for my makeup top up).
The Chauffeur was a very pleasant gentleman, very smart and professional, and as I was running late (the bride) he advised me on what route to the registry office he was going to take to avoid any further delays by traffic. All in all a pleasant experience and outstanding service.
